Any item that does not meet with your approval may be returned for refund or exchange. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-832-0224 for a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number and procedures. An RMA number is required to get credit for the return. Additional information on returning an item is provided on the back of the shipping invoice. All returns must be requested and returned within 30 days of shipment.
