1 - All prices are FOB our warehouse. See shipping charges below.

2 - We reserve the right to improve design and specifications.

3 - All prices on this website and in our catalog are based on conditions prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change. Prices are those at time of shipping.

4 - It is an exception when we cannot make immediate shipment - but it does happen. Normal processing may take up to 2-3 business days depending on season. Normal shipping may take 5-7 business days to arrive once your order ships. On occasions, we must wait on a new factory shipment of stock. Also, we cannot guarantee the time required for mail service truck service on freight shipments to your city. Therefore, we do stress that you advise us of your need date and that you place orders early - 2 to 3 weeks before needed. You can contact are customer service department at custservice@ustoyco.com with your need date and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If possible, allow thirty days for delivery so that we can comply with your requirements.

6 - EXPRESS shipping is available for an added fee (see below). Rush Express orders will be shipped the same day if phoned in prior to 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to 1-800-255-6124. EXPRESS SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON-LINE. RUSH EXPRESS ORDERS MUST BE PHONED IN.

7 - Customers who have established an open account can charge with Net 30 Day terms. Charge orders can be faxed, mailed, phoned, or placed online. For more information about placing charge orders online see Online Ordering. Customers who have not established an account can order with a VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER card. An order can also be mailed in to us with a check or money order.

TAXES:

In AL, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, LA, MO, MS, NC, NJ, PA, SD, TN, and TX we collect sales tax. If you are tax exempt and are in any of these states, you must have a copy of the tax exemption faxed or mailed with your first order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:

This schedule is for U.S. TOY Novelty items only and does not apply to Constructive Playthings or U.S. Toy MAGIC.

CONTINENTAL 48 STATES: (Effective January 1st, 2008)

ALASKA, HAWAII, APO/FPO, and U.S. Possessions:

We normally ship by priority mail. Please use the Rush Express Delivery charges above and allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

The FREE SHIPPING for orders of $200.00 or more from the U.S. TOY Novelty/Party Decoration division applies to orders shipped to a single location in the Continental U.S. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and FPO/APO are excluded. Items shipped freight free will go regular ground UPS. Any express delivery is excluded and will be charged.

**Extra FREIGHT Charges**

"Free Freight" is for ground service United Parcel Service or "curbside" truck delivery. If you will need help unloading the truck, we can specify to the freight line your shipment be "Inside Delivery". "Inside Delivery" means the freight line will take the merchandise off the truck and set it inside your front door. The charge for this is $50.00; this is an extra charge that is not covered by the "free freight" policy.

In some cases, if you do not have a raised loading dock and there is a single crate or item that is bulky or heavy, a "lift gate" truck is required. A "lift gate" is a mechanical attachment on the back of the truck to lower boxes to ground level. This is needed primarily on lofts, some large playground pieces and a few pieces of large furniture. The charge for this is $150.00; this is an extra charge that is not covered by the "free freight" policy.

Orders requiring either "Inside Delivery" or a "Lift Gate" must be phoned in as they require special processing. These orders can not be placed online. You can call our toll free number 1-800-255-6124 and one of our order entry personnel will be glad to assist in placing your order.

TWO DAY AND OVERNIGHT DELIVERY:

We will ship two day and overnight if you can provide us with your own FedEx, UPS, DHL, Airborne, etc., account number and have the freight billed, to your account. Orders must be phoned in by 10:00 a.m. (Central Standard Time) for this service. CAN NOT ORDER RUSH EXPRESS, TWO DAY OR OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS ON-LINE. RUSH EXPRESS, TWO DAY OR OVERNIGHT ORDERS MUST BE PHONED IN.
