U.S. Toy Community Partner Program Terms

  • Any formally organized group is eligible to register: churches, non-profits, teams, clubs, etc. Schools must be an accredited public or private school providing academic education for any combination of grades preschool through 12th grade in order to be eligible to participate in (and to continue participation in) the U.S.Toy School Partners (“Program”). U.S.Toy reserves the right to determine whether a particular entity is an eligible organization.

  • U.S.Toy will provide 10% as retail store credit for every eligible purchase made. Organizations will receive the credit balance on a gift card that will be mailed to the organization to the Program Contact’s attention. U.S.Toy is not responsible for the gift card and/or the balance once it has shipped and been delivered.

  • In order for organizations to raise in-store credit, organizations must register to become part of the program and receive approval from U.S.Toy. Each time a customer shops in-store or online, they can earn credit for their chosen school by providing the unique code at checkout. All purchases are eligible with the exception of: purchases made from the Popcorn & Ice Cream Shop, Magic and Costume Shop, Pump It Up, and any gift cards.

  • Organizations will be prompted to renew the registration for each year and ensure a program administrator’s contact is up-to-date. If at any point we do not have an active contact for the organization, U.S.Toy may, at its sole discretion, terminate the organization's active status in the Program.

  • At any time, U.S.Toy may, at its sole discretion, decide to continue the Program, modify the Program and/or these terms, or discontinue the Program. By continuing to participate in the Program following such modifications organizations agree to be bound by such modifications. We will post our most current U.S.Toy Community Partners Participation Terms on ustoy.com/school-partners-terms, and organizations should periodically visit this page to review them. If an organizations wants to discontinue their participation in the Program, the organization shall notify U.S.Toy of its request in writing. The organization will forfeit all credit to that end date.

  • By registering into the program, you agree to receive marketing and communications emails from U.S. Toy.
